Exclusively Pumping 101
The Basics
Why Pump
As a first time mom, I was overwhelmed with all the options I had when it came to feeding my baby. I wasn’t sure where to even start. I knew I wanted to breastfeed but I was worried about my baby latching, producing enough milk, making sure my baby was eating enough. Mamas if you are anything like me you know you have done your fair share of research and it can be scary! Somewhere along the way, I stumbled upon exclusively pumping. I had no idea what it was but I remember looking through a ton of websites to try to gather information and I felt relief knowing that there was another way to nourish my baby. As I began my journey I came across many obstacles. I had so many questions and no one to go too! I found myself constantly doing research to try to get some answers. The first year of exclusively pumping was difficult but luckily it doesn't have to be! I have designed this course to help alleviate the stress that comes with breastfeeding a newborn. The only thing mama's should be doing is enjoying those new babies and not worrying about how to connect a pump or what to do if you get a clogged duct.
This course is designed to teach you all the tips and tricks on exclusively pumping. The course will cover the following & MORE:
How to establish a pumping schedule
How to store & feed breast milk
How to survive the middle of the night pump
How to pump & travel
How to increase your supply
How to clear a duct
How to build up a freezer stash
& most importantly HOW TO SURVIVE EXCLUSIVELY PUMPING!
Mamas if you are tired of looking through numerous websites and articles then you have come to the right place! Join me so I can share how I survived my pumping journey!

Hello my name is Leydanis Ritchie and I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I am in 8th grade science teacher. I exclusively breastfed both my babies for one whole year each and what a year they where. Throughout my journey I have gathered a ton of information that I believe I need to share with other mamas out there.Exclusively breast pumping has allowed me to nourish my babies, while returning to work. It has allowed me to provide for them milk when I thought I could not. I want to make sure that every mama out there knows that there is another way and knows that they can do it too. As a teacher, I thought what better way than to create and informational course!
